One job, start to finish

A parkade entrance, from bare slab to sealed deck

The same doorway photographed at three stages of the same job. Most of what decides whether a coating lasts happens before any membrane goes down, so the preparation is shown here too, not just the result.

  1. A concrete deck being mechanically ground back to sound substrate, grinder and vacuum hose in frame

    01 Preparation

The slab is mechanically ground to remove laitance and open the surface profile, so the system bonds to sound concrete rather than to contamination.

  2. The old membrane stripped back at the parkade entrance, ready for the new system

    02 Application

Membrane and base coats are laid down wet-on-wet at the specified thickness, carried up the perimeter to form a continuous, sealed surface.

  3. The finished entrance deck under a continuous grey membrane, sealed to the drain and up every edge

    03 Completed

The wear coat is finished to a uniform, slip-resistant surface and cured before traffic returns — sealed at the drain and along every edge.
